Many monumental works were created by Aidyn for our country, in 2016 "The Image of Tuscany"was unveiling in Forte dei Marmi, Italy. In the same year a Monument to Giacomo Puccini took place in Montecatini Terme after the famous monument to Giuseppe Verdi of 2015.
The sculpture of Aydyn Zeinalov unfolds in a duality of inspirations and emotions.
The great sculpture of the past, Italian in particular, of Marini and Manzù is enriched by an even more dynamic modelling of portraits that are exceedingly contemporary in their poses and the situations portrayed. East and West, which reflect the life and study experiences of this artist from the Egypt of the pharaohs where he has lived his family since childhood, alternate with splendid references to Indo-Persian art, the Italian Renaissance, and socialist realism.
The perturbing faces of the Aydyn’s Bathers and Swimmers, with detailed and diverse physiognomies, flowery swim caps, knotted bathing suits, goggles and flippers, remain perfectly still, frozen in their actions like inhabitants of an ancient city surprised by a volcanic eruption. Like photographs from the new digital era, they are enveloped by great vitality, coming alive before the curious public despite their silence, which they seem to maintain to better listen to the spectator.
