Dario Tironi seems to tell us through his works that even from the scraps art can be born. And waste, sometimes unusable, can return to life turning into expressive, beautiful to see works. Dario has recovered the material from landfills, in the cellars of friends, in games abandoned by children, returning this waste, these regurgitations of humanity in beautiful, enjoyable, fun, sometimes moving creatures that transmit so many emotions and remember all the ages that a man crosses.
He often wanted to relate to the tradition of the great ancient and modern sculpture that constitutes, in fact, the essential reference point of the artist. In this way he created an Untitled statue with a clear reference to the classical sculpture. The purity and preciousness of the marble has replaced an almost baroque-like skin of heterogeneous objects and materials, which give the impression of disintegration and precariousness in the attempt to reconstruct an harmonious form that celebrates perfection, beauty and preciousness in detail, invention and innovation in tradition.
